What I ate today! #1

Hello! So one of my favourite kind of videos to watch on youtube is "what i ate today" videos because they help me get inspired and creative with my everyday food choices.And  I tought I would do the same things here in my blog! Basically I will start a series of posts showing you everything I ate on a particular day. And so this post number one.

I'm not going to show the full recipes though so if you're interested in knowing the instruction of any of these meals, just let me know. Lastly, sorry for the quality of the photos, I had to use my phone so it's not the usual quality of the photos on my blog.



First things first, I always start my day with a full glass of water and sometimes I also add some lemon slices as well as lemon juice.






























Then, it's breakfast time! I always include fruit in my breakfast since that's what will give me the energy I need to start my day. The most usual breakfast is the following- granola and oats, strawberries, banana, dates and of course some almond milk. I also topped it with some chia seeds.





Then for luch I made a pretty quick meal.I put some potatoes in the oven, half seasoned with paprika and the other half with curry powder, and added some ketchup and barbeque sacuce (vegan ironically) as dippings. I also made a big bowl of salad with spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, tofu and dressing. This was soo good and filling!




Then, I went to the gym for about an hour and a half and came back home at around 5:30 pm and had this amazing raw bar as a snack.




The ingredients in this were really surprising honesly! It was made with just dates and cashews, and as I always say, the less ingredients the better because no one wantes an over-processed snack.



Then since I wasn't home until 9 pm, I was really hungry. I decided to make quacamole with some tortilla chips because we would watch a movie and of course I had to snack on something.But I also had to eat something quite filling since I hadn't eat that much all evening. I don't think I have to decribe how good that was!




AAND, THAT'S IT FOR TODAY! Now, I usually eat a lot more but I keep my meals healthy and cruelty-free. I will keep you updated with other "what I ate today" posts
