What I ate today #2
Hello and welcome to another what I eat in a day! I'm planning on making a lot of this kind of posts because I think it's a great way to get inspiration for your everyday meals and you can also get a glimpse of my day and my food choices. Let's get started!
- 10:00 am
So for breakfast I had a bowl of cereal, as per usual. I put this brand of cereal (which is soo good btw) in a bowl with some oats, one chopped banana and soy milk. Simple but delicious! And it gave me the energy I would need at the gym later on.
- 1:30 pm
By the time I returned from the gym, it was lunch time so I made one of the easiest and quickest meals. Pasta with tomato sauce! I drizzled some nutritional yeast on top, obviously and I had two of these bowls to feel satisfied.
This was the tomato sauce I always buy. I only use it when I'm in a rush though or when there's no tomatoes left, since I prefer preparing my own, homemade sauce.

For a snack, I went for something simple. I recently bought these granola bars and I wish I could describe to you how good they are! And I was really suprised to find out that they were vegan. So, I had this granola bar and a banana as well.
- 8:30 pm
Dinner time! For this meal, I kind of improvised since we didn't have a lot of things is my kitchen. I was going to make a sandwich but there was no bread left, so I made these "lettuce boats". It's basically two big leaves of lettuce with tomato, mushrooms, corn and dressing. Now, usually my dinner is bigger but I wasn't really hungry at that day and wanted something lighter.
