Vegan Nutella!

One of my favorite things as a non-vegan was definitely nutella! I mean, who doesn't love a warm slice of bread with nutella on top? But I have discovered a vegan, healthiest version of this delicious chocolate spread that honestly tastes better than the original! So,take a piece of paper and write down this amazing, easy recipe beacause trust me- you need to try this!

 ingredients

  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • a little bit of salt

instructions

  • Put the hazelnuts and the vegetable oil in a blender or food processor and blend for about 5 minutes until it has a liquid consistancy. It's really to important blend them for a long time in order for the nutella to be liquidy enough.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until all of the ingredients are well mixed and the nutella has the desired consistancy.
Your nutella is ready!

I'm alive and back at it!

Soo, I haven't uploaded in like a month or more, and I'm so sorry about that! There just have been some technical difficulties aka I lacked creativity and then my computer wouldn't work for like 2 weeks :( But now I'm back! And I'll try my best to upload content like once a week-at least.

But for this post, I'll just update you about things that happened in the last month... Let's go!

My school went on a three-day trip in Volos, which is a port city in Thessaly,Greece.

And I was super surprised to find out that the pizza restaurant we stopped at had vegan pizza!
I'm pretty sure the cheese was made from soy- and it was so delicious! Not even kidding, I wouldn't even realize it wasn't real cheese if i hadn't read it at the menu.

Then, it was the Easter holidays and me and my family went on a one-day trip to Evia.We drove up the mountain and just admired the view.

The we went to a local tavern for the traditional Easter meal, and of course the vegetarian options were limited, let alone the vegan ones which were almost non-existed.

A couple of hours later we went to a cute little cafe in the promenade of Chalkis, called Carpe diem, where I ordered a strawberry sorbet, but it had a variety of other desserts-non vegan obviously.

So, that's it for now! As I said, from now on I will try to be consistent with my posts and I already have some delicious recipes in progress!
